Private Help Session

Service Description

Your appointment is for 25 minutes. Please carefully read over our requirements before booking. - When you register, please tell us why you're coming in for help. Make sure to include your contact information so that we can reach out for more details if necessary. - Please let us know if you need CROCHET or KNIT help. Our instructors each have specialties so we'd like to pair you with the appropriate person. - We do not allow companions/parents/friends to attend help sessions or wait at the table. - Children under 14 must receive permission from AWU to attend classes. They will need to be dropped off/picked up after the lesson. Please call or email us prior to registration. - Please be mindful of the time reserved for you, as it is firm. - If you are late, your time will not be extended into the next appointment slot. - If you are early, we will ask you to wait. This is especially true if your appointment is outside of our regular hours. - Please make sure to bring your project, yarn, pattern, and any required needles, hooks, or tools to your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: If you, or anyone in your household feels ill or has cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling appointments.
