Service Description

Your appointment is for 25 minutes. Please carefully read over our requirements before booking. - Masks are not required, but we will wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable. - We do not allow companions/parents/friends to attend classes or wait at the class table. - Children under 14 must receive permission from AWU to attend classes. They will need to be dropped off/picked up after the lesson. Please call or email us prior to registration. - Please be mindful of the time reserved for you, as it is firm. - If you are late, your time will not be extended into the next appointment slot. - If you are early, we will ask you to wait. This is especially true if your appointment is outside of our regular hours. - Please make sure to bring your project, yarn, pattern, and any required needles, hooks, or tools to your appointment. - When you register, please tell us why you're coming in for help. Make sure to include your contact information so that we can reach out for more details if necessary. If you, or anyone in your household feels ill or has cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling appointments.
